Question: How big are the phones usually?

That’s a really interesting question! Usually… it depends on the time they were produced and we have an interesting trend:) At the beginning phones used to be big and bulky, then they got a bit smaller and more popular, I’m referring to dial phones. Later on mobiles phones appeared, and again the first ones were very big and heavy with a pull out antenna. They got smaller with the time. Hovever, new services appeared, and phones were used not only for calling, but also sending messages (SMS) and first messages with pictures (MMS). That required a display. When video became more popular, and first smartphones appeared the trend started to change. As you can observe now, smarphones tend to be bigger and bigger as we enjoy larger displays, and even foldable ones were introduced recently!
