Well, the work I’m doing is helping to develop technology to make renewable energy.
When I’m at home I try not to eat so much meat because cow farts are really bad for our climate. If more people start eating less meat then hopefully there won’t be so many cows in the future.
I also installed a few solar panels on my house so I get some renewable electricity and I cycle to work as much as I can so I don’t have to use my car to get to work every day; exhaust fumes are just as bad as cow farts.
Hopefully some day I will have enough money to buy an electric car then I won’t have to worry about exhausts anymore.

I try to limit the use of resources, reuse and recycle many things. For example I always carry a shopping bag, or use a carton box rather than buy another piece of plastic, prefer to buy fruit and veggies per weight/piece rather than pre-packed, eat more local and seasonal produce rather than imported. I also tried to make my own cleaning products out of soda, vinegar and lemon. Finally, I buy second-hand pieces for home that I re-purpose or renovate a little bit, which is also creative and fun!

Thanks for answering Ollie but after 8 years your car battery will have to be changed and there is no way do properly dispose it!

Ah Jessica, but in 8 years time there might be because some clever engineer will have probably thought of a way how to do just that! 😉
