• Question: When did you decide to become an engineer?

      I was about 11 when realized that I enjoy building things, and that started with sewing. First I was designing certain pieces and then had to draw and calculate all the fabric dimensions. Seeing how I can use my math skills in practice really helped! Towards the end of highschool I decided to study at a technical university.

      In 2015. I was working on ships as a captain (not as an engineer) but decided I wanted to give up the seafaring life and become an engineer instead, and so far I have no regrets!
