• Question: You know how monkeys turned into humans.... why do todays monkeys stay as monkeys and not turn into human?

      Good question!
      What you are talking about is evolution through natural selection. The monkeys back in the day that turned into us, evolved so they got bigger and smarter brains which turned them into better hunters so they could get food more easily and survival was more likely.
      That probably happened because they had to adapt to the harsh environment they lived in, but it was a very slow process which probably took many generations. It’s unlikely that we’ll see modern day monkeys turn into smart humans, but who knows, maybe in a few thousand years they will!
      But if the monkeys are able to find enough food and survive than there is no need to adapt and they’ll probably stay the way they are.
