• Question: Have you ever considered giving up engineering?

      Once an engineer always an engineer, so no matter waht role I was in I would be bringing an engineering way of doing things.

      I daydream alternative careers for myself (astronaut etc) but I haven’t seriously considered changing.

      Not really! Some days work can be frustrating and I’d prefer to be anywhere rather than in the lab. But 99% of the time I really enjoy engineering and couldn’t imagine doing anything else!

      Hi lol,

      I had a chance to work in Finance once I graduated, I even attended an experience day with one of the big companies. I decided that it wasn’t for me – I enjoy designing and improving things way more!
