  Hi Freddo,
  
  Great question! All the medicine we make is injectable, so most of the time you need a doctor to give it to you. Therefore you cannot buy it over the counter and take as much as you want.
  
  Also, the medicine we make is for people who are very sick. These people have very late stage cancer, hepatitis or rheumatoid arthritis. None of these illnesses are very fun, and the drugs you take are very strong. In other words – you wouldn’t want to take them if you didn’t absolutely have to!
  
  Making the medicine quicker means that it will be cheaper to buy, and we can make more of it. This means that people who otherwise wouldn’t have received the treatment can live healthier lives and those already on it are guaranteed a constant supply.
