• Question: Was it fun working as a chocolate engineer in a chocolate factory?

      It was really fun. I got to taste all the new products and would come back from a day in the factory covered in chocolate! It was also less strict than the pharmaceutical industry. You were free to change the process as long as the chocolate was still delicious at the end.

      At times it was very warm though, the molten chocolate is at about 45 degrees and you have to wear special clothes to make sure you don’t damage the chocolate. On a summers day you would be sweating!
