      That is somthing that I have had to work on. I need to communicate with an entire team to ensure they understany my ideas and what I want them to do. I have to step outside my comfort zone to do this. I push myself speak up in meetings to ensure my ideas are understood by all. In addition I use Email most of the time to communicate with the team. I find that this is a very fast way to get a message to many.
