      Yes – it’s true 🙂 I’m from Ballina. I did my work experience with a engineering company in Ballina when I was in school, but have been over the side of the country since I left college in Galway. Although all my family are still in Ballina so I visit all the time!

      I know this is asked of Catherine, but I was over in Mayo last week working at the Data and Drones conference in Castlebar. I also focus on studying the electricity lines and power quality in that area on a daily basis for the past 2 years.

      My boss is from Mayo. Lots of engineers I know come from that part of the country!

      The Atlantic Marine Energy Test Site is in Mayo. Belmullet actually so I know quite a bit about the waves there!
