• Question: Do you think there is people out there who haven't showed off their skills yet?

      Of course there are. Every day I meet brilliant new people who have ideas and skills beyond my wildest imagination. For example last Friday, I met the founder of Hailo (the taxi app) but 4 years ago, no one knew who he was.

      Yes. Almost everybody. I hire and work with a lot of people. A simple truism is that everybody is better than you at something .. When you manage people your job as a manager is to find that something

      Yes. Those people just haven’t met their ideal project/idea that will show off those skills. It’s never too late.

      Yes loads of people have skills that they dont get to show off in the job they have now but that might change for them if theytget the opportunity with another job
