  Working with people can be both fun and challenging – often at the same time. I used to work alone with my machines in a lab and got lots of good work done but it can be frustrating figuring everything out alone. Now I work on a large team with 18 people in Dublin and Belfast. There are a good few interruptions but you can ask people who are experts in particular areas for advice which greatly speeds things up.
  People are different which can also be a problem as not everyone has the same understanding but as an engineer you relish challenges.
