Wireless mobile broadband (4G&5G) is our main business. This entails civil/structural/H&S, electrical surveys of existing telecoms support steelwork structure and if on a building rooftop, the building structure support elements.
Main task on site is checking condition (signs of corrosion, damage, etc), specifications and general suitability of all on site elements for use or reuse. All requirements need to facilitate the installation of the bespoke RF design for each and every individual base station site.

My Typical Day: My typical day involves an inspection of a Communications Tower &/ or Rooftop inspection somewhere around the country.

What I'd do with the money: I'd organise site visits to a telecoms base station site for engineering students.

Going back to college in 2006 to complete my Honours Degree Bachelor of Engineering

My cousin who is now working in the Max Planck institute in Berlin

Technical drawing

An engineer

I like all different kinds of food, can’t decide. Fish probably. I’d eat anything basically.
What is the most fun thing you've done?
Scuba dive at night when traveling (Gulf of Thailand)
If you had 3 wishes for yourself what would they be? - be honest!
1) Holiday home by the sea 2) be fit & active into my 80s 3) love to see the world re-forested with native species
