      Unfortunately not. They have gills (which are like their noses) that are designed to breathe in the oxygen that is dissolved in water only.
      When there are oil spills (due to digging oil wells in the oceans) even a spill of one drop can spread for miles int he ocean and cut off the oxygen supply to the water for the fish. this is particularly concerning for marine life.
