Question: When you first got this job what was your experience of the job

It was a little tricky cause I had to work out on my own what to do, as a PhD student you have a topic to study but how you go about doing it is up to you. I knew I wanted to try new ways of planning the energy system that would allow people to have their say but I had no idea how to do it. It took me just over a year of reading and studying to figure out what I wanted to do.
