About Me: I love travelling and meeting new people and trying new experiences.

My Work: I use 3D printing to design new implants that can be used to fix damaged bone.

My Typical Day: I work Monday to Friday in the lab so that I can spend my weekends hanging out with my friends or playing tag rugby.

What I'd do with the money: I'd like to use the money to organise an outing for schools (specifically all girls schools) to go to the science gallery. To help encourage more girls to be interested in Science.

  What's the best thing you've done in your career?

  I've got to travel to amazing places and meet inspiring people through my job.

  What or who inspired you to follow your career?

  My parents, my Mom is a nurse and my Dad is a mechanical engineer I was destined to become a Biomedical Engineer!

  What was your favourite subject at school?

  Maths...numbers never lie! ;)

  What did you want to be after you left school?

  An engineer

  Were you ever in trouble at school?

  I did get in trouble for being a bit of a blabber-mouth!

  If you weren't doing this job, what would you choose instead?

  A vet

  Who is your favourite singer or band?

  Sam Smith sings to my soul! And if we are going old school Fleetwood Mac.

  What's your favourite food?

  Cheese!!!!

  What is the most fun thing you've done?

  Travelled around South America for 4 months!

  If you had 3 wishes for yourself what would they be? - be honest!

  Health is wealth so as long as my friends and family are happy and healthy I'm good! Oh and shoes lots of shoes!
