      Marie Curie was an amazing scientist and dedicated her life to her work. I think she’s an admiration for any female working in STEM because at the time is was a lot harder to be a woman in STEM.

      Marie Curie was a Polish-born physicist and chemist, who devoted her entire life to science and research. Marie is famous for her work on radioactivity and the discovery of two new elements, Radium and Polonium. For her great contributions to science, she was awarded the Nobel Prize twice (1903 and 1911). Moreover, she was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize.
