My research work aims at the development of a wristwatch-based sensor device for wireless health monitoring of patients. The developed device can be used to monitor the health parameters (such as body temperature, blood pressure, heartbeat, blood oxygen level, etc.) of a patient wirelessly.
If a hospital has a wireless health monitoring devices, this will help the doctor/nurse to look at the patient’s health condition remotely from their office, and they would not have to go to the patient’s location in person.
Moreover, a patient can take the measurement of their health conditions from different places and send the data to the doctor in the hospital located in the same or different city, and the patient would not have to travel to the hospital.
Thus, enabling wireless capability to the health monitoring devices will save both time and money..!
