I am working on developing an Internet of Things (IoT) platform for novel dairy processing.
The “things” in this Internet of Things platform can be anything from sensors within the dairy processing plants used to monitor quality of raw milk to sensors on dairy cows to monitor their health.
All these “things” are connected to the internet, and the IoT platform is used for exchanging information (data) between the dairy farms, dairy processors and the consumers.

My Typical Day: I wake up around 7am, i have my coffee and get ready for work. I have a phone call with my mum (long distance call as she is in India) before heading out to work.
