  Hmmmmm, inside a rocket, yes in the fairing part which is the top of the rocket that covers the satellite, below a rocket, yes (ariane 5 rocket – very cool), beside a rocket, yes (ariane 5 rocket – really really tall – 9 storeys in height). I’ve also been to 3 different launch sites where they launched the Ariane rockets from – see some of the photos I attached to my profile.

  Hi TJ. No I’m afraid I have never been up close amd personal with a rocket although I have been near a satellite at the European Space Agency’s lab in Holland.
