Don´t think so. Our solar system was formed billions of years ago some time after the big bang and has been pretty stable ever since. We often have asteroids and meteorites passing near teh Earth, but in order to become another moon they would have to be pulled by Earth´s gravity into a stable orbit and usually they are too fast, too small or too unstable for that to happen.

I think if this would ever be the case it would have to be due to our own doing. There are currently plans to capture an asteroid and bring it into an orbit around the moon so that we can mine its resources near to earth! It would really be a moon of the moon but maybe we can count it? 😀
