Question: What is the point of my school wasting money on a wind turbine that was put in about 5 months ago and only got turned on last week?

I can’t speak for this specific situation but I would imgine that there was a complication somewhere that prevented it from all being finalised and turned on. It really could have been a number of things like safety checks etc. and I can’t say for sure. What I can say is that I wouldn’t consider the money wasted. Is it being used to power the school directly?
