      Yes, most likely.

      We can think of time as a fourth dimension as a lot of people do in research. But us humans find it difficult to imagine other spacial dimensions. People sometimes try to use a tesseract to help think of a fourth dimension but its still difficult to imagine. Carl Sagan explained it well.

      And for string theorists, they deal with assuming 12 dimensions I think in their research.
