  Everything is in English here for my work. We have a very international group of students and staff, with people from all over Europe and Asia.
  
  I am currently learning Japanese also, as it makes life a lot easier to live here in Japan, although it’s not necessary for my work.
  
  If you have an interest in learning Japanese, I would suggest picking up a Genki book or doing an online course(I got one from Udemy), and giving it a go. It’s tough to begin but actually becomes enjoyable and will be very valuable to you later in life.
