The best part is the teamwork.
We work with many different and talented specialists from many countries.
This makes learning from others very stimulating. For example an optical instrument depends on its housing or mechanical structure for stability. So optical and mechanical engineers have always to work together very closely.
Also sometimes you have to understand that the culture and way language is used can be different.
Just think that in Ireland and England we both speak English, but can say the same things in a very different way. When you are working with colleagues from 20 different countries, this is even more interesting!
