• Question: do your ears pop when you go up in a rocket like when you go up in a plane

      They might. Your ears pop because the pressure inside the plane changes a bit too quickly for your ears to adjust. The same thing could happen in a rocket, which goes higher than a plane and climbs faster. The cabin, or space capsule, will be pressurised to make it feel like on Earth, even though outside the air is getting thinner and thinner, and eventually is hardly there. If the pressure control is not done perfectly, however, your ears will notice the pressure change, and may pop.
