  I try to have fun at my job. But we also need to be careful that the fun parts do not make the serious parts unsafe.
  
  We try not to do a lot of experiments at my work. We ask others to experiment or what we call run some trials or factory acceptance tests before we use any new equipment. This makes sure that if something needs to be changed we can do that before we need to make it work at work
