      Millions of times! Yes, it hurts! When I was a gossin, me and my brother would always dare each other to touch an electric fence, so I am well used to how it feels. I got an odd shock in my working life, but not at too high a voltage.

      Just to add to that, we were stupid to do that. Never, ever, ever mess with electricity.
