  Honestly, the internet. Before we had broadband or even dial up internet, phones were all we had to send information around. Think about how many things in your life are connected to or based on the internet now. Imagine if you can a world with no instant access to information, no google, wikipedia, no facebook, xbox live, PSN. It’s an alien world to how we live now.
  An interesting experiment could be to try a week with no internet at all, see how different life is.
