      if you are talking about a paper boat, the best way to make it strong is to use layers of paper, and make it stronger. Additionally an aerodynamic shape (thin in the front and widest in the middle) is the best shape as it ensures that the boat can move faster in water with the least friction.

      for an actual boat in which you can travel in water, wood is usually the strongest and best material as it has a high buoyancy (it floats easily) and is easily available. The aerodynamic shape is also important 🙂
