      It depends what you mean by “a USB”. If you just mean some kind of device that you can plug into a USB socket, then it’s not too difficult. All Arduinos come with a USB cable and you can program them top send data back and forth to the PC they’re plugged into. That’s what I use a lot of the time if I need to control a robot via USB, or if I want to take measurements from some kind of sensor via USB.
