Question: What got you into medical engineering ?

Great question Aoife. Engineering is all about solutions, and medicine (for me at least) provides lots of really interesting questions. There are literally 1000s of unanswered questions in medicine. Also, on a dark winter’s morning when its hard to go into work, its good to think that your work could have a real impact on patient care. Having a real purpose to your job is important.
