      Skills in my job are:
      1. Good communication skills (to talk to doctors/patients) to understand a medical problem.
      2. Good imagination to come up with a clever solution.
      3. Good engineering skills to build it.
      4. Good determination to follow the project through.

      While Martin and my jobs sound very different, I would say the skills needed are almost exactly the same.

      Communication is key when you work abroad…as is patience sometimes. Totally agree with what he has said.
