I always have lots of different problems but one project that I did recently which was lots of fun was for a company that had lots of information that they couldn’t easily understand. My job was to understand what the information was showing us and how to best to display it. This involved looking at billions of lines of records for lots of shops. This was showing how much money was spent in a shop and what peeople were buying and I had to put it into useful graphs and tables. That way someone could look at it and easily understand it. It was really difficult but I was able to make something that the company found really useful.

We work in new medical technologies. The specific problems we work on are:

      1. New ways to detect breast cancer at an earlier stage. If we detect the cancer earlier, then we can treat the disease before it has spread.

      2. New ways to diagnose kidney problems in babies. The current method is really painful and costly. Our method is totally painfree and low cost.

      3. New technologies to help children with autism and intellectual disabilities.
