      Great question.

      In terms of large scale infrastructure Kenya is very behind (water supply, sewerage, roads) – this has a lot to do with the politics and economics of the country. It has simply not reached a stage where there is enough money to reach the population with these basic services.

      In Ireland 150 years ago the situation may have been quite similar!
