  I don’t know much about underwater robots but usually when anything needs to be fixed underwater it’s done by a diver. ESB who provide Ireland with electricity, hire professional divers and train them to fix cables that run across the sea bed so it’s not actually engineers that do the maintenance it’s just trained divers.
