Question: what is engineering

That’s a very tough question, engineering is a very broad subject and is a lot of things.

I like to think engineering is just science applied to real problems. Engineers take the discoveries of scientists and use that science to do something useful. Taking electricity and using it to light up buildings and make computers, taking oil and making it move cars so we can get where we need to go. There are thousands, maybe millions of examples.
