Due to the economic recovery, fall in umemployment levels and the investment of multinationals in Ireland there is expected to be a shortage of engineers (STEM Employees) in Ireland within the next few years. Salarys are expected to rise and benefits (health insurance, increased annual leave, Continuning Professional Development CPD courses) will also improve.
