• Question: What happened to the challenger space shuttle

      It exploded because one of sealing part in the shuttle broke due to cold temperature. It leaked the gas outside causing the explosion.

      Challenger wasn’t cleared to launch that day. Unfortunately the engineers bosses ignored their warnings and launched it anyway. Often in engineering, peoples lives are on the line so it’s really important to have a good team who listen to, and trust each other.
