I do not think so. Both of those feelings are activated by your ‘flight or fight’ response in your brain. These are called your sympathetic senses, which is activated by your brain to help your body respond to your fearful environment. This can environment could be caused by a scary movie you are watching, danger that you are about to experience, or even a first kiss with someone you really like. So, physiologically, no, there is no difference between fear and anxiety. 🙂
