• Question: did you ever here about im an engineer before you were asked to be on it or did you volunteer

      No I’ve never done it before, and only heard of it this year. I saw it mentioned on another website one day & after I read about it online I decided to volunteer. I sent round the link to people in work as well as friends from college to try get a few more people interested! They decided to wait & see how I got on instead 🙂

      I had heard about it in the UK, i was going to do it last year but was too busy. I do lots of engineering volunteer work around Ireland (school visits, workshops, career fairs etc.) so i was very interested in doing some more online.

      i found it on-line last year as it was happening in the UK, then i saw it this year in ireland and i volunteered.
