I would give my job an 8 or 9 out of 10 (depending on the day ;P)
I get to see a lot of what goes on in a project, and I get a lot of responsibility over projects as well. This is brilliant for learning & becoming a better engineer. I get to draw things up in 3d on my computer, which I love! And I get to work with a great team of people, over all the different sections of my company (process department, electrical dept , guys in the workshop etc.). Having a good team is very important as you will need to share ideas & advice on the best way to do each project.
A good 8 I think. As I said before if I was paid to be a mountain bike or suffer I would give it a 10!
But u do like what I do, getting to work with a team to design a medical device that is in humans is pretty cool!
