• Question: Did you join a CoderDojo club when you were younger

      Hi Matthew, when I was younger there was no CoderDojo in my area. I first joined the CoderDojo club when I was a PhD student and I joined as a demonstrator in a local primary school. I was very fortunate to be able to borrow things like Lego Mindstorms or Makey Makey from my lab so that we could have lots of fun with the kids.

    I just checked CoderDojo and it was founded in 2011. so there’s no chance I could join when I was young, unless young means below 30, lol.
    but It’s a very good club to join. I’ll definitely send my kids when they are old enough!

    There was no such thing back then Matthew, unfortunately, but I think if my girls will be into it when older, that would be a great opportunity for them!
