Not exactly, but I did once try charging a laptop using a solar panel and you could watch TV on a laptop. TVs are much more energy efficient than they used to be and operate at a much lower voltage, so it is definitely possible to do it now.
VERY roughly, a modern LED screen TV might consume about 100 watts of power. A 100W solar panel might have an area of about 1 square metre and cost about 100 euro. You would need some voltage conversion hardware between the panel and the TV, which would result in some loss of power, but basically it’s possible to do it.
