• Question: Have you ever won any prizes,if you have what is the biggest award you have won?

      I won a Prize few months ago from an engineering community in Italy for a work I did on food monitoring contamination with 2 other young colleagues. it was really nice.
      My biggest award is my current fellowship: I am here, working in Ireland because I won an European grant 🙂

      Yes I have won a couple of prizes and awards. The biggest one is the SPIE Optics and Photonics Education Scholarship

      I have never won any prizes for any of my work.
      In my last job, I had the opportunity to meet some of the patients who had the products I was working on implanted.
      The feedback they gave, and the appreciation they showed to the entire team was a huge reward for all of our work.

    Well done Laura and Andrea,Ted,Im sure you will win some prizes in the future,and Kevin that sounds really nice that you got to meet the patients who had the products you were working on implanted and i am sure you will win some prizes in the future too!
