Depending on the day, sometimes a 1, sometimes a 10 and there are cases where it feels like a 100!

I think that if you love your job that is not so hard (there are good and bad day, sure)! A job you don’t love would be harder!
Like, if I think at me as a lawyer… or an grammar teacher! Super hard! -

It varies day-to-day.
Some days, everything just seems to fall in to place, and you feel like you can accomplish anything.
Other days, things don’t go so smoothly, but there’s always someone willing to help out. -

I work a lot, but work never feels hard when you love what you’re doing, so I’m going to say 3 out of 10. Like every job, I have to do some boring or unpleasant things (administration / paper work), but I spend way more time doing things I really enjoy.

It depends on the day! It’s always a 4 or above… but I think the harder, the better. If it’s not challenging, I am not learning or developing. If work was too easy, I’d get bored!
