I wanted to be an inventor when I was very young. I didn’t know what an engineer was then, but it turns out to be similar to that, at least in a lot of ways. So basically, things worked out very well for me!

I wanted to be an ice cream maker and seller, to eat all the ice cream I wanted!
Then I discovered physics and I understood I wanted to do something with that!

When I was a child, I wanted to be an architect.
I liked (and still do like) the many different style of architecture, and thinking about how people use spaces and how they can be designed to improve people’s lives.
I was also interested in how buildings are constructed, and the different types of structures that make sine of the amazing modern buildings possible.
Unfortunately, I’m not even a tiny bit artistic, and didn’t understand that this would be a necessary skill for an architect.
Luckily, the 2 colleges I asked to had entrance exams (aptitude tests) which I failed.
After that, I applied for engineering, as it relates to my interests and kept as many options open for me as possible.
